Of course the answer was the sense of home and seeing friends and family.
As for my personal life.. The independence of small decisions made everyday.
Nothing beats grocery shopping and cooking for yourself!
I LOVE food and was graciously given plenty of it over my last year of travels (in many different forms), but the time has come to start a new life with a new healthy lifestyle.
For skin, anti-aging, energy, weight control, and overall health,
I'd like to eat as many organic foods as possible.
[This isn't a diet. This is a lifestyle change.]
This week's groceries.
Fruit smoothie breakfast.
(Recommended by personal trainer for weight loss.)
Water. No milk, not even skim.
Still tastes DELISH.

For a healthier lifestyle:
I would encourage anyone to eat more fruits and vegetables..
AND CUT OUT SODA FOREVERRRRRRRR!!!!

[Stop all those diet cokes and replace with water.
You will lose weight so fast!]
LESS BREAD!
(I've tried to stop completely.
Started with cutting out all white bread,
then no bread after lunch, then only at breakfast..
wheat toast with organic peanut butter.)
